In this meeting we will explore how your Enneagram type plays a part in your unique SEXUAL EXPRESSION.
DESCRIPTION
Types EIGHT, NINE, and ONE comprise the GUT Triad. They share many qualities yet are all quite different.
EIGHT - Protector, Challenger - "I can do it. I am powerful."
NINE - Peacemaker, Mediator - "I am easy-going."
ONE - Reformer, Perfectionist - "I am right; I am hard-working."

This is the third meeting in our INTIMACY SERIES which addresses how the Enneagram can be valuable to understanding love, intimacy, and sexuality. We will continue to have meetings covering general Enneagram topics, as well, in this Louisville sub-chapter.
Group leader Paul Paiva will be joined by Shani Jones to co-facilitate this discussion.
NOTE: Shani is being called out of town for this day, so she will be giving her notes to Paul. She will be returning to future meetings involving the Enneagram and sexuality.

BIO of Co-Facilitator Shani Jones
Shani has been an Enneagram enthusiast since beginning her journey of self-discovery as a Master of Divinity student which became the foundation for doing pastoral counseling with couples and individuals in all life situations. Among her passions is 'companioning' individuals & couples using the Enneagram, and working particularly with formerly incarcerated individuals doing self-discovery; she is on the leadership team for the Enneagram Prison Project in Colorado. Her masters in public health and background as a nurse and health educator positioned her for teaching human sexuality and health/relationship topics at the University of Northern Colorado and the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. Shani is certified in the Jerome Wagner school of Enneagram studies.
BIO of Group Leader and Co-Facilitator Paul Paiva
Rev. Paul Paiva, M.Div., M.A., is a devout Christian who is sex-positive, LGBTQIA-embracing, poly-friendly, and kink-friendly. For 17 years he has taught the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth to couples, individuals, and groups, and has served 8 years on the board of the International Enneagram Association Colorado Chapter, as either board member or associate. He does pre-marital prep for engaged couples, and is a certified intimacy and sexuality coach who teaches the Erotic Blueprints™ to singles and couples who want to ignite their passion, including those affected by religion-induced expectations and shame. He is a former Roman Catholic priest who performs romantic and entertaining wedding ceremonies.

ATTENDANCE will be ONLINE via a Zoom link will be sent two hours prior to the event.
Age 18+ unless accompanied by parent or guardian. You will be asked to turn on your video camera, at least in the beginning, to ensure safety of participants - we want so be sure you are a "real" person.
A special WELCOME to those from afar who may not normally be visiting our group due to distance, which is no longer a barrier!
