Enneagram Type ONE for Christians, the Reformer - Intro and Q/A
At their BEST, type ONEs are extraordinarily wise, discerning, and principled with a higher purpose. At their WORST they are emotionally constricted, often workaholic, perfectionistic, demanding and opinionated.
This is an event for newcomers to the Enneagram, or for anyone wanting to sharpen their understanding. We will cover the basics of Enneagram Type ONE, the Reformer. Will be presented from a Christian perspective focused on growth.

Virtues and strengths - integrity and fairness.
Vices and weaknesses - can be overly critical
Blindspots - their own anger, which they try to hide or minimize
Triggers - the world, organizations, processes, and even people are broken or imperfect. I am compelled to assist in fixing this.
Growth path - Lighten up!
Stress path - Losing control of themselves, especially emotionally.

BIO of Group Leader and Author, Paul Paiva
Rev. Paul Paiva, M.Div., M.A., is a Couples Counselor with 15 years experience. He has used the Enneagram as a modality in counseling and has presented on this topic to the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors (IAMFC). For 5 years he presented Enneagram workshops to individuals and groups, and served 9 years as the President or board member of Enneagram Colorado of the International Enneagram Association. He is a former Roman Catholic priest, currently identifying as a post-denominational Christian, who performs romantic and entertaining wedding ceremonies.
He also has a ministry to pastors, offering workshops to churches on Intimacy and Sex for Couples.
